Maybe, possibly have potentially good news..

So everyone guess what?????? There is an itsy bitsy teeny weeny maybe possibly might little tiny chance that we might get moved into a bigger house! I'm not holding my breath, but I AM keeping my fingers crossed. The housing guys have to move 46 families out of other houses that have to be remodeled or turned into Temporary Living Facilities, some of those families only have 1 kid or no kids. The housing office doesn't want to put those families into a brand new 4 bedroom house SO, if they need 2 bedrooms, they MIGHT take ours. :) The guy that we talked to seemed pretty sympathetic and said he was going to talk to the boss and see what he could do. Like I said, I'm not holding my breath, but it would be really awesome to not have to live in the basement for another 2 years. I feel like a mole. Not to mention I know my quality of sleep has gone down due to the HUGE fan thingie down there that goes off randomly in the middle of the night. Oh, and a bathroom on the same level, yeah, that would be heaven. So yeah, I'm hoping, and praying and cringing. Tyler doesn't think it's going to happen, and I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much but SERIOUSLY those houses are awesome! They've got all hardwood (aka fake wood vinyl) through the whole bottom level, the kitchen is HUGE with a ginormous pantry with a DOOR on it, then upstairs is all carpet and there is a designated PLAY ROOM so that all my kid's toys can stay out of the living room. They all have a two car garage (which will help with storage since there is no basement in the new houses) the master bedroom has it's own bathroom and there are three other rooms. *sigh* I hope, I hope, I hope....

This month.....

Alright, this is going to be a quickie. I have lots of pictures that I will probably put up tomorrow, but I wanted to let you all know that we're alive, I'm about half insane from a million things going on this month and I will be super happy to see April GONE but we're getting there! I did a craft fair last weekend then I did a puff quilt class for the women of my church (yeah, there were about 10 ladies there) so I've badly neglected my kids. Poor things. Yesterday I let them watch Potty Power about 4 times because it was keeping them occupied enough that I could work on the quilt AND the power point.

Ha ha!!!!! I kinda love this picture

And I couldn't leave Kari out since I put up a funny picture of Jill....

THIS is what I've been working on.

With a little help... :)
